The Garage Reset Package

Standard 2-Car Garage Reset: $599

• Two crew members for up to 8 hours combined (additional hours are billed at $120 per hour) plus 1 full trailer load in our 7.4 yard trailer (up to 1 ton).

• Additional trailer haul-off loads are $350 each

Optional Upgrades:

• Deep Floor Pressure Washing (2-Car): $125

• Deep Floor Pressure Washing (3-Car / Oversized): $175

• Sanitary Bin Cleaning: $25 per bin

What Can’t Go in the Trailer

State & Landfill Mandate: To comply with Georgia disposal laws and landfill safety standards, our haul-off service strictly excludes restricted materials.

• Liquids & Paints: Wet paint, stains, solvents, motor oil, gasoline, antifreeze, and liquid cleaners (sealed or open).

• Hazardous Materials & Chemicals: Hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, light ballasts, and PCBs.

• Batteries & Tires: Lead-acid car batteries and tires of any size (banned from Georgia landfills).

• Pressurized & Flammable Tanks: Propane tanks, pressurized cylinders, fluorescent tubes, and explosives.

• Refrigerant Appliances: Refrigerators, freezers, AC units, and dehumidifiers.

• Household Refuse: General food waste, household garbage, or organic remains.

Overfilling & Weight Policy:
All hauled property must sit flush below sideboards for legal transport, with a 1-ton (2,000 lbs.) weight limit per load. Masonry materials (concrete, dirt, brick, rock, shingles) are strictly prohibited.
